Inverhuron Tennis Club Charter

The Inverhuron Tennis Club (ITC) was formed in 2009 for the purpose of providing the community of Inverhuron and the surrounding area with a recreational tennis facility.
As such, ITC administers the day to day operation of the tennis club facilities including any tennis programs offered within the community.
This is accomplished on a no cost basis using the talents of volunteers who give their time, skills, and tennis expertise as a community service.
The Municipality of Kincardine is the registered owner the tennis court property.
Membership fees are used to fund the operation and maintenance of the courts.
ITC is responsible for the routine operating and maintenance costs of the facility on a no cost basis to the town.
Tennis club funds will also be pooled within our operating budget to execute various capital projects as required.
When significant capital expenditures (e.g. court resurfacing, lighting, etc) are required that are beyond the capability of the club, then we will partner with the town through the normal budget approval process to see these projects proceed on a share cost basis.
ITC's goal is to provide an active and thriving tennis program for the enjoyment of the Inverhuron community.
